DETROIT STREET ART!

Detroit, Michigan. A place where despair seems inevitable. When you drive through the neighborhoods of Metro Detroit you are treated to art that is often frowned upon. Many consider this beautiful since it covers the ugly abandoned buildings.

During our drive through Detroit, we also visited and photographed the Packard Plant. Artists come from all over to paint there. Perfect their craft! Professors bring their classes there to witness history… The Packard Plant was once a bussling factory for Ford. It is now abandoned by Ford, but not by the many street artists of Detroit.
